Today is an important day.
Today we are going to embark on a world changing mission.
A mission to stop all shoulder pain, soreness and surgery.
I am sick and tired of hearing about young athletes hurting their arms and going under the knife. I am also sick and tired of young pitchers taking off months and months in order “save” their arm.
Well no wonder why they throw so slow…
Its time to put a stop to it.
Here is my mission — Here is my calling….
I am going create an army of rubber arm cheese throwing gangstas.
Thats right, I said gangstas.
You will have such a strong arm, you will be forced to play right field, shortstop and close the game on the pitchers mound….All at the same time.
Its time to take your arm to the next level.
Here is how we are going to do it.
Today and the next few days I am going to reveal a new 6 week shoulder training program.
Lets turn your arm into a rocket launcher.
My goals are three fold.
Goal 1) You will feel healthy and strong every day
Goal 2) You will be mobile, flexible, and loose
Goal 3) You will throw faster, and you will throw hard every day (yes every day with no problems)
